  • Express Shipping: For those who need their orders sooner, express shipping is available. This option offers faster delivery, typically within 2-7 business days, depending on the destination.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected, the destination, and the size and weight of your order. You will be able to view the total shipping cost before completing your purchase.

3. International Shipping

We proudly ship to various international destinations. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to additional customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

6. Undeliverable Packages

In the event that a package is deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if the package is unclaimed at customs, the order will be returned to us. The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to re-send the package.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@getwowshirts.com as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and offer a resolution, which may include reshipping the order or issuing a refund, depending on the circumstances.

8. Shipping Restrictions

Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. If an order is placed with such an address, we will contact you to provide an alternative shipping address.
